Services & Pricing

I design, build, and market web apps, online stores, and AI tools. You work directly with me. No project managers, no account team, no game of telephone between whoever sold the project and whoever actually builds it.

What I do

Websites and stores

  • Landing and campaign pages
  • Multi-page business sites
  • Large multilingual sites built as a system rather than a set of pages
  • Custom online stores in Next.js, built the way you actually sell rather than bent into a platform’s idea of it
  • WordPress and WooCommerce sites, themes, and plugins
  • Replatforming and migrations that keep the rankings you spent years earning
  • Headless CMS setups
  • Customer portals and web services
  • Redesigns for companies that have outgrown their template

Apps and tools

  • Web apps and MVPs
  • Mobile apps, submitted to both stores
  • Internal tools that replace the spreadsheets
  • Dashboards and reporting tools
  • APIs and back-ends
  • Chrome extensions
  • MCP servers that open your systems to AI assistants through a proper interface instead of copy and paste
  • Claude skills and plugin bundles
  • Custom AI tools, assistants, and RAG systems, with the running cost worked out before you commit to it

Automation and AI

  • Two systems connected properly, with monitoring for when they stop
  • One process that eats someone’s week, mapped and built and handed back with the before and after measured
  • Marketing automation, CRM setup, and lead flows that stop leads falling out of the funnel
  • AI workflows built into the way the team already works
  • Document and data pipelines
  • Internal assistants
  • Prompt and skill libraries
  • Team training, so it survives me leaving

Visibility and growth

  • Technical SEO, keyword architecture, and on-page work
  • GEO/AEO: being the answer when someone asks an AI instead of a search engine
  • Entity and schema work
  • Content strategy, pillars, and calendars
  • Content production
  • Social media strategy and content
  • Profile and account optimisation
  • Search engine marketing and paid social
  • Campaigns built end to end and handed over ready to run
  • Analytics and tracking
  • Conversion optimisation

Not on the list?

This list covers most of what I do, but not everything. If you have a project in mind, just ask. Send me an email or book an obligation-free 30-minute video meeting, and we’ll find out how I can help. If I’m not the right fit for the job, I’ll tell you upfront, and I can usually point you to someone who is.

How I work

Four steps, and you can start at whichever one you need. A project usually follows the same playbook: work out what’s worth doing, draw up the plan, build it, then keep it running. If you already know which part you need, start there.

  1. Step 1: Before we start

    Let’s Find Out!

You can’t fix what you haven’t measured.

We start with a fixed-price audit that gives you a clear written answer. It shows you exactly what needs attention, what the current setup is costing you, and what is actually worth doing about it. You get a prioritised list with exact prices attached. You can buy this entirely on its own, and you are under no obligation to hire me for the actual build.

    What every audit includes

    1. A 90-minute kick-off workshop.
    2. A written report: the current state with the bottlenecks marked, findings ranked by impact against effort, and a roadmap with the first steps detailed.
    3. A recorded walkthrough of the findings.
    4. A 60-minute live walkthrough for the questions and the decisions it raises.

    What can be audited

    • The website and its conversion path
    • SEO and GEO/AEO visibility
    • Marketing, channels, and the funnel
    • The codebase, its architecture and security, and what the current setup costs to run
    • The store, from catalogue structure to checkout drop-off
    • Where AI or automation would pay back inside 12 months
    • All of it at survey depth, with a 12-month roadmap and a phased budget
  2. Step 2: Making the plan

    Let’s Draw It Up!

Knowing what’s wrong isn’t the same as knowing what to build.

This step turns the decision into a document: how the thing is put together, what it looks like, what’s in scope and what isn’t, the order it gets built in, and what each part costs.

    What every plan includes

    1. A half-day working session.
    2. The plan itself: the approach, the architecture, what’s explicitly out of scope, the risks, and the sequence with the dependencies marked.
    3. A priced build plan, every piece costed on its own, so you can build all of it, some of it, or none of it and still know where you stand.
    4. A 60-minute walkthrough.

    What gets planned

    • The structure and the design of a site or a store, before anyone builds it
    • A content and marketing system with the next quarter already planned
    • A clickable prototype of the core flow
    • A design system and UI kit, ready to hand to whoever writes the code, including your own team
    • A full build specification for AI, automation, integrations, MCP servers, and custom tools, with a running-cost model for the API and token spend at your expected volume

Every plan is written so that someone who has never spoken to me could build from it. That’s the test it has to pass, and it’s why it’s worth buying separately from the build.

Do you have to buy one?

No. For a website or a store most of it happens inside the project anyway, and the blueprint is for people who need the plan first: to get a budget approved, to put the build out to tender, or to decide before committing to the whole thing.

For anything custom it’s different. I can’t put a fixed price on something nobody has specified yet, and quoting against a description is how you end up delivering exactly what was asked for and being told it’s wrong. This step is what makes a fixed price on a large build possible.

  3. Step 3: Building it

    Let’s Do This!

Fixed scope, fixed price, one person responsible.

Design, code, and marketing come from the same head. You know what you get, what it costs, and when it lands before work begins.

Every project includes 30 days of launch support: bugs, questions, and small adjustments, at no extra cost.

  4. Step 4: After it’s live

    Let’s Keep Going!

A project ending doesn’t mean you’re on your own.

No monthly retainers, and no card charged automatically in the background.

    • Prepaid development blocks of 1, 3, 5, or at most 10 days, drawn down whenever you need them.
    • Annual care: a yearly package with two scheduled service windows, updates, a security and performance review, backup verification, monitoring, and a budget of small fixes, delivered on dates you choose.
    • Quarterly reviews: four half-day sessions a year going through what shipped and what the numbers did. Each one ends in a prioritised backlog and fixed-price proposals for the top three items.

Once I know your system, small jobs get their own short path: a new landing page, an email sequence, a speed sprint, an analytics rebuild, a content batch, a GEO/AEO refresh, a new automation, a new integration. Orderable without a meeting, because the setup work is already done.

What it costs

None of this comes off a shelf, so these are ranges rather than a price list. They’re here so you can tell in ten seconds whether we’re in the same conversation. If they’re a long way from what you had in mind, the call will be short and free, and neither of us will have spent a week finding that out.

What each kind of work costs, as a range
WorkWhat the range coversRange
AuditsFrom a focused technical review to a full-company digital foundation roadmap.1,000 € to 7,500 €
Plans and blueprintsFrom a wireframe session to a fully costed, architected build specification.1,500 € to 10,000 €
WebsitesFrom a single-page campaign site to a large, multilingual B2B system.1,500 € to 12,500 €
Custom online storesFrom a clean WooCommerce setup to a fully custom Next.js headless storefront.4,500 € to 20,000 €
Apps, internal tools, and MCP serversFrom a Chrome extension or a basic MCP endpoint to a complete mobile or web MVP.2,900 € to 25,000 €
Automation, AI, and integrationsFrom connecting two systems that refuse to talk, to an assistant trained on your own company data.1,800 € to 12,500 €
Visibility, SEO, and campaignsFrom a technical SEO and GEO/AEO refresh to a campaign built end to end and handed over.1,500 € to 8,500 €
Prepaid development blocksDays bought up front and spent when you need them. A block is 1, 3, 5, or at most 10.1,400 € to 14,000 €

All prices exclude VAT.

The price is the price. Fixed scope, agreed before work starts. If it takes me longer than I thought, that’s my problem, not yours.

The same work costs less the less setup it needs. A landing page inside a live project is a fraction of the same page ordered on its own, and a fraction again of one for a client whose system I’ve never seen. That’s also why the short path for small jobs is for existing clients only.

Prepaid blocks are not a retainer. No monthly fee and no time-and-materials billing.

Hosting, domains, and API usage are yours. Your own accounts, in your own name. I don’t resell anything and I don’t bill anything through.

The questions people actually ask

Why aren’t there exact prices on this page?

Because the same feature costs a different amount depending on what it sits on top of. A price list would either be wrong or enormous. The ranges tell you the neighbourhood, the call tells you the number, and once that number is agreed it doesn’t move.

Do I have to start with an audit?

No. For a website or a store the 30-minute call is usually enough to scope it. For AI, automation, MCP servers, and internal tools it usually isn’t, because the thing you’re describing hasn’t been built yet and nobody has mapped what it would touch. That’s what steps 1 and 2 are for, and it’s the only way either of us can commit to a number.

Who owns what I’ve paid for?

You own what I built for you: the website, the store, the tool, the automation, the assistant, and the source code I wrote. What I can’t transfer is what was never mine, so third-party frameworks, libraries, and platforms keep their own licences.

I keep the right to publish the work anonymised as a reference, unless you agree to be named: the shape of the problem and how it was solved, with no names, no numbers, and no trade secrets.

How long does it take?

A website I can estimate on the call. An AI automation or an MCP server I can’t, because the answer depends on what it has to talk to and what condition that’s in, which is what steps 1 and 2 exist to find out. What I can commit to: you’ll know what it costs and when it lands before you sign or pay anything.
