Hello there! I'm Tuomo, a Finnish developer, designer, marketer and entrepreneur with more than 20 years of building businesses, products, marketing systems and websites. I take AI tools, web apps and online businesses from the first idea all the way to paying customers, for clients and for my own experiments. And I write and film the process as I go.

Every client is different, but my projects usually follow the same playbook. First, we work out what’s worth doing. Then we decide how to do it and in what order. After that, I build it for you. Once it’s live, we keep it running smoothly and spot the next opportunity. You book me whenever there’s something new to do, one project at a time.

Knowing what’s wrong isn’t the same as knowing what to build. This step turns diagnosis into a real blueprint: the design, the architecture, the build order, and the exact cost for each piece. It’s a fixed price, and the plan is yours to keep whether I build it or not.

You know what’s being built, what it costs and when it lands before work begins. I handle the design, code and everything around the launch, so you’re not passing the project from one person to another and hoping the important bits survive.

A project ending doesn’t mean you’re on your own. I am here whenever you need me. No monthly retainers, no credit card charged automatically in the background. Just book a block of days, an annual check-in, or a one-off review whenever you actually need help.
